This woman of God, was the first born to Mr. and Mrs. Jesse A. Robinson, Sr., was nicknamed “Sister Airborne.” Reverend Dr. Pamler Robinson Powell, also known as “The P Factor”, or "The Hope Doctor" is a native of Orlando. She is the Pastor & Founder of Pam Powell International Ministries a Global On-Line Church and also serves on the ministerial staff of Saint Mark A.M.E church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Terence R. Gray.  She was raised in the Carter Tabernacle C.M.E church and was mentored by the late Dr. Thelma J. Dudley. She is an ordained minister, inspirational and professional speaker, author, life coach, actress, professional model, event planner and veteran television talk show host of the Pam Powell show, with her very own global Pam Powell TV youtube channel. Often referred to as “Orlando’s Oprah”, she is a local and national celebrity speaker. She is the Co-Founder of Love Church International,  President & Founder of the African American Congress Of Christian Women in Ministry Inc. & the Pam Powell Empowerment Network. Dr. Pam Powell served as an international television talk show host where she was featured in America on CoLours TV on the DISH network, Black Family Channel, Time Warner, Bright House Networks, Comcast in Atlanta including the Cable Broadcast Network for Europe markets. Her message of hope reached a viewership of 47 million subscribers. Dr. Pam Powell has also hosted The P Factor Hour on gospel radio WOKB 1680 and Rejoice 1140 am. She has also been featured on many networks including HLN a CNN affiliate, MSNBC, FOX, News 13, WFTV CH. 9, CH. 2, CH 6 and many others media outlets. She has served as a member of Women in Film & TV and was represented by LA Actors.

Dr. Pam Powell was publicly ordained and set apart to the work of the Gospel Ministry in 2005 and was a previous candidate for the Florida House of Representatives in 2012. She has met both Presidents Bill Clinton & Barack Obama and she was instrumental in helping to get elected in Orlando our first African American State Representative, Dr. Alzo Reddick. Most recently she was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award for Community service from President Barack Obama and a Lifetime Achievement Award from Music Icon & Legend Maurice Starr along with many other awards to numerous to mention. She was previously appointed to the Commission on the Status of Women in Orange County.

 Dr. Pam and her husband, The Reverend Dr. Leroy Powell, Jr., served as Senior Pastors of The Love Church, Inc. of Bay Hill, Love Church of Hollywood, and Miracle Tabernacle Ministries. Dr. Powell is a graduate of International Seminary in Orlando, Florida, and PFSU in Duluth, GA. She was bestowed an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from the Majestic Bible Institute & Seminary and the Hope Bible Institute & Seminary of Chicago, IL. 

She has served in several prominent ministries around the country for over 30 years including Mega Church, West Angeles COGIC under the leadership of Bishop Charles Blake and as a Partner of the Association of Independent  Ministers under the leadership of Bishop I.V Hilliard. She has been in the presence of renowned Pastors Bishop T. D. Jakes and Joyce Meyer.

Powell, an international speaker who on many occasions, because of her accomplishments and inspiring messages, has electrified audiences of 50,000 or more at locations that include the Georgia Dome, the New Orleans Super Dome, and The Trans World Dome in St. Louis.  No matter how large or small the audience, she always invokes the presence of the God. She was founder and President of Black Women Movement Inc., Young Professionals & P-Factors Inc.

She has been recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine as one of the Nation’s Outstanding Business Women and was named in 2015 as an Orlando Living Legend.

She was also honored by her alma mater, Jones High School at its Centennial Anniversary as an Outstanding Alumnus over the past 100 years in business and entrepreneurship, and is now featured in the most celebrated Jones High School Historical Society museum. She received the prestigious Legacy Award for Outstanding Community Service, and was also named “A Woman of Essence”, by Essence magazine, Susan Taylor and was a recipient of the renowned Onyx award, and others to numerous to mention. Known for her collection of “Crowns”, she was also featured in the Orlando Business Journal and she has been in the company of many national celebrities including Oprah Winfrey, Bishop T.D Jakes, Angela Bassett, Stevie Wonder, Roland Martin, Rev. Jesse Jackson and many others. She also served as President of the Valencia College Black Advisory Board.

Dr. Powell, an entrepreneur, was CEO of her own financial services franchise for Primerica, a member of the $1 trillion dollar Citigroup. Having developed several successful franchises and six figure earners, she was named to the Financial Independence Council and The Wall of Fame with Primerica. After having battled breast cancer she has since retired from her business to accept her fulltime call in ministry. She also serves as Spokesperson for the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and has served as kick off speaker to 60,000 attendees and Parade grand marshal.

Powell is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Chapter of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority. As founder of The P Factors, Inc. her God inspired book “The P Factor, Experience The Thrill of Victory, Rather Than The Agony of Defeat,” slated by Legacy Publishing to become a “Best Seller,” is receiving outstanding reviews from around the country. It was foreworded by “Mr. Motivator” himself, Les Brown.   She is the author of two other best sellers, “The 7 Principles of Overcoming Any Obstacle” and most recently after the death of her beloved husband, she penned the book, “How to Make A True Love Story That Never Ends”. She was happily married to the Late Reverend Dr. Leroy Powell, Jr. for over 34 years, her soul mate and has one beautiful daughter, Candace and gives God the Glory, the Honor and Praise for her miraculous cure as a two time breast cancer survivor. She also understands that Jesus is truly the reason for her season!
